Techport’s Attached Image Viewer allows end users to quickly view image attachments attached to the current record without having to actually download and open them. This can enable helpdesk users to quickly see a screen shot or error message related to the current Incident.

The Change CI Multi-Select solution allows users to be able to add multiple CI's to a change record with a few short clicks. The user is presented with a list of Asset records and can highlight multiple entries in the list and then add them to their change ticket all at one time. Service Manager out of the box only allows adding one CI at a time to a change ticket.

Also included with the above functionality is a button set that locks down CI entry so that only valid CIs can be entered, as well as a method of removing CIs (one at a time or clear all).

This small tool will mark devices (is_down) when the incident or change says they are down. It does this by scheduling checks against incidents and changes. You can set what change phases the check function does and alter the incident and change queries as necessary.

Techport’s email tagger allows you to have emails in your test systems altered so that the subject line will indicate which system the email is from, and that it is not an email from your production system. This is useful when you want to conduct email testing in a non-production environment and not cause production level escalations based on test system data.
